Currently an MCSE and an MCT, Randy is the former Director of IS for SEQUUS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (now part of Alza) in Menlo Park, CA. where he was responsible for establishing and setting the direction of tactical and strategic computing resources. Prior to SEQUUS, Randy worked as the WS/LAN Support Manager for Tandem Computers. Each of these positions has helped Randy to hone his technical and managerial skills, which he now uses as the CEO of Dugger & Associates, LLC. Randy also writes & speaks about technology & IS issues and is a member of the e-Week Corporate Partners program

Since starting his career in the IT industry several years ago Joe has spent much of his time learning and working with a variety of technologies. Due to this, Joe has had a diverse career consisting of database development, network support, training, writing and IT management. Each of these positions has sharpened Joe's technical and managerial skills, which he has been using to benefit Dugger & Associates since early 2001 as Chief Technical Officer. Joe enjoys speaking on technology subjects and writing books such as Mastering SQL Server 2000 (Sybex Inc.) as well as occasional articles for periodicals. Joe was one of the first 100 people to achieve the MCSE+I on the Windows NT 4.0 track and one of the first 2000 people to become an MCSE on Windows 2000. He is also an MCT and a Cisco CCNA and CCDA.
